- Cancellation Before Start: If you cancel the service before it commences, subject to cancellation terms.
- Quality Concerns: If the service delivered does not meet agreed-upon standards and a resolution is not reached.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the service has been delivered.
- Failure to attend a scheduled training or workshop without prior notice.
