  • Advance Notice: To cancel a booking, notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date of the service.
  • Short-Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior may incur a cancellation fee, as outlined during service confirmation.

3. Cancellation Fees

  • Full Refund: If cancellation is made at least 7 days before the service date.
  • Partial Refund: If cancellation is made within 3-6 days, a percentage of the payment may be retained as a cancellation fee.
  • No Refund: For cancellations made less than 3 days before the service date or no-shows.
